เล่น, วิ่ง, ฝึก: about sport without a single form
Thai plays its sport: len kilaa — to do sport, literally "to play sport". Then put in the name: len tennis, len muai. No extra words and no endings: you simply play the name. For example: “ผม เล่น เทนนิส กับ พ่อ” — I play tennis with my father. A rule from the Thai course: worked out on examples, not memorized as a wording.
How it works
Thai plays its sport: len kilaa — to do sport, literally "to play sport". Then put in the name: len tennis, len muai. No extra words and no endings: you simply play the name.
Movements go without len: to run is wing, to swim is wai nam. wing thuk chao — "I run every morning". The rule: a game takes len; a movement is said directly.
Training is fuk: fuk thuk wan yut — "I train on weekends". A competition is kan khaeng khan; to win is chana; to lose is phae. None of them ever changes.
Word order does the rest: tim thai chana — "the Thai team won".

How the rule settles in your head
A rule is not memorized from an explanation. It is memorized from an attempt to use it and a mistake — that is why the app delivers it mixed in with words, not as a separate lesson: it resurfaces exactly where you forgot it.
