LingoflyPersonal data processing policy
The site needs no sign-up, and our own statistics record neither the IP address, nor cookies, nor any persistent device marker: only the page kind, section and interface language, event time and fixed values such as result counts. Page URLs and search text are not recorded. Statistics are deleted after 180 days. The IP address appears only in the technical web server log, which lives 30 days. Third-party counters load only after you press “I agree”. Below is the full list and your rights.

What our own statistics do not record
- Your IP address — neither in the open nor as a hash. A hash of an address remains a pointer to a person if the set of addresses can be enumerated, and it can.
- Cookies and any persistent identifier. An event is linked neither to the one before nor to the one after: there is nothing to link it with.
- Where you came from — the referrer header is not kept.
- Recording your actions on the page — mouse movements, scrolling as a track, clicks on elements. None of that exists in our own analytics or in the settings of third-party counters.
- Data from the app. The site and the app are separate systems; lessons, streaks and payments live in the app and never travel to the site.
On what grounds
Our own statistics events contain nothing by which a person can be identified: no address, no identifier, no link between one event and another. We describe them here all the same — so you can see the full list instead of taking our word for it.
Search text is used to answer the page and is not recorded in the statistics. Only the number of pages found and the interface language remain there. The proxy request log is described separately below; it may contain the request URL.
Third-party counters are connected with your consent — that very press on the bar below. You may withhold it: the site works the same either way, no page and no recording is locked.
Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics
The traffic counters — Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics — are connected only after you consent. Until you press “I agree”, the browser does not contact their addresses at all: the page carries none of their tags, and the script is created only after the press.
If you agreed, the counter places its own identifiers on the device and processes data by its owner's rules — not by ours. Recording actions on the page (Metrica's webvisor and click map) is switched off by us explicitly.
We ourselves tell the counters only one thing: that you pressed the button that takes you to the app, and where on the page it was. That shows which pages bring people to the app, not just which ones get read. Besides that, Metrica records clicks on links to other sites and file downloads on its own — we keep that setting switched on.
A refusal is remembered the same way as consent: we will not ask a second time. To change your mind, clear the site's data in the browser settings — the question will then appear again.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Events are stored as files on the same server as the site and are deleted after 180 days — the server itself does this at the change of day, not a person following a reminder.
Separately from the statistics, the proxy server that delivers the site keeps a technical request log — every web server does. The log holds the IP address, the time, the page address, the request headers (including the browser and the page you came from) and the server's response. It shows errors and search-engine crawlers; it is not linked to the statistics events, is not used to watch people and is deleted automatically after 30 days.
Your rights
You may ask whether your data is being processed, demand its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw consent. Write to the operator's email; a substantive reply arrives within the period set by law.
Who the data is passed to
To no one — except the counter owners, and only if you consented: Yandex (Yandex.Metrica) and Google (Google Analytics). We do not sell data, pass it to ad networks, or share it with other services.
Google Analytics processes data in Google's infrastructure, including outside Russia — that is, a cross-border transfer. It happens only after your consent; if you decline, the browser does not contact Google's addresses at all.
Audio recordings, images and fonts are served from our own address: there are no third-party domains on the pages, so loading a page tells no one anything about you.

Do I need to consent to use the site?
No. Refusal locks nothing: all pages, recordings and trainers work the same whichever answer you give. Consent concerns only the traffic counters.
Do you record my IP address?
Not into the statistics, not even as a hash: a hash of an address still points to a person, because every possible address can be tried. The IP address is in the technical request log the web server keeps: it shows errors and search crawlers, is not linked to our statistics and is deleted after 30 days.
What do you do with the string I entered in search?
We use it to find pages, but do not record the text itself in the statistics: only the result count and interface language. These events are deleted after 180 days. The request URL may remain in the separate technical request log.
How do I withdraw consent to the counters?
Clear the site's data in the browser settings — the stored answer will be erased and the question will appear again. There is no separate button on purpose: it would require storing more about you than we store now.
