For teachers
We make materials for twelve languages, and there are things only someone who knows the language from inside can see: whether people really talk that way, whether a phrase sounds rude, whether it smells of a textbook. Read through your language — and we will bring you students from search and house your course with us, with sound and reviews.
What you get
- Students who are already searching for your language. People come to us from search — not “anyone at all”, but a person who has just typed “Armenian alphabet”.
- A place for your course. Your topic order and your words live inside the app: with sound, reviews and drills. Students install nothing — the lesson opens right in Telegram.
- Your name next to the language — if you want, we will list you among those who read it.
In return — your eyes and ears: read the material, listen to the sound, say where people do not talk that way.
What to look at
Not “check if everything is fine”. The questions are concrete, and there are five:
- Do people say it or only write it? We teach everyday speech. A phrase can be flawless and still sound like it came from a textbook.
- Is the informal “you” rude here? An address fine with a friend can be an insult to a stranger — and we might teach it by accident.
- Live talk versus book talk. For Sinhala and Tamil this is the main fork: books say one thing, the street another.
- If a person reads it aloud, will they be understood? We write pronunciation in Russian letters, and it matters that it leads in the right direction.
- How it sounds. The voice sometimes puts the stress in the wrong place or swallows a long vowel. Only the ear can catch that.
Which languages we are waiting for
All twelve. Live speech drifts from the textbook in every language — English too, it is just more noticeable in the rare ones.

How to start
- Write. Which language, what you do, and what you would like to get — students, a place for your course, or something else. The address is school@lingofly.ai.
- We will send a piece and questions about it. Not the whole course: the first pass is an hour to an hour and a half. You look at what the work is, we check whether our ideas of the language agree.
- We will agree what comes next. What you charge and what you get in return. It is different for everyone, so we discuss it separately instead of picking from three plan cards.
- Your fixes go into the app. Everyone learning the language will see the fixed word — usually in the next update.
Plainly, up front
- There is no proofreading dashboard yet. The first passes go by plain email and files.
- We will not promise a number of students in advance. It depends on the language and on how it is searched for.
- Your fixes go into the shared course, not into your private copy. Need a closed program of your own — that is a different conversation.

How much time will it take?
The first pass is an hour to an hour and a half: a small piece and questions about it. After that you choose the volume, and we adjust to it.
I teach it, but it is not my native language. Do I qualify?
Yes. We need a person who can say “people do not say that” and explain why — which is exactly what a teacher can do.
How is this different from the page for schools?
There you bring your own program and move it in with us. Here you help with our materials, and in return get students and a place for a course. One does not get in the way of the other.
