Subscription terms

Pro adds the lessons of your personal program, the weekly review, drill sessions without spending gems and pronunciation check to the free course. The month renews itself; the year is a one-off payment. Before payment we ask separately for consent to start at once, and you can ask for the money for unused time back within 14 days of payment. What you are buying

Pro is an addition to the free Lingofly course, not access to it. The base course, vocabulary, alphabet, review, streak and achievements work without any payment and keep working after the subscription ends.

The subscription adds:

  • all the lessons of your personal program, and up to 3 programs at once
  • the weekly review: what stuck, what slipped and why — from your answers over 30 days
  • two daily quests on top of the usual three
  • every month — a streak freeze and 150 gems
  • the “Conversation” drill whenever you like, on top of the conversation in the daily plan
  • drill sessions without spending gems — without a subscription a session costs 200 💎, which you earn by studying
  • a pronunciation check that tells you whether the word you said aloud can be recognised — it does not analyse individual sounds
  • the tutor prepares your program's material first in the queue
What you have learned stays yours after the subscription ends: the words remain in your vocabulary and keep coming back for review. Only the new is ever paid.

Who is selling

Term, price and renewal

The price is in Telegram Stars. In the App Store and Google Play the price is set by the store — it differs by country and changes without us.
PlanPriceTermRenews itself
Week300 ⭐7 daysno, a one-off payment
Month1000 ⭐30 daysyes, every 30 days

Family, a month1500 ⭐30 daysyes, every 30 days
Family, a year10000 ⭐360 daysno, a one-off payment

The month renews itself, the year does not. That is not a choice but the way Telegram works: a subscription period in Stars can only be thirty days. The yearly plan is a one-off payment after which nothing is charged.

Price and term are named before payment — on the screen and in the invoice itself that Telegram or the store opens. No purchase goes through without that screen.

How to switch off renewal

  • In Telegram — with the button on the “Pro” screen in the app, or in Telegram's own subscription settings.
  • In the App Store — in Apple's subscription settings, no later than a day before the term ends: anything switched off later, Apple will still renew once.
  • In Google Play — in the Play subscription settings.
Switching off renewal does not take access away: the paid term runs to its end. Cancelling a subscription should not be harder than starting one, so we neither have the right to make it so nor try — the switch sits on the same screen as the buy button.

Consent to start immediately, and 14 days to withdraw

Access to Pro opens right after payment — that is what it is bought for. But buying at a distance has another side: under the laws of Armenia, Georgia, Serbia and Turkey you have 14 days to cancel the service without giving a reason, and performance already begun changes how that right works.

That is why it is written separately, right at the purchase button rather than in this document:

By pressing the payment button I ask for access to start right away and I understand: if I change my mind within 14 days, the money comes back minus the days I have used, and once the paid period has run out in full, no right to withdraw is left.

The Lingofly payment screen, the line by the purchase button

By pressing the button you ask for access to open immediately and agree that, if you cancel, you pay for the days already used. The text sits right by the button — not in this document and not behind a “more” link — so that you read it at the moment you decide. When you pay with Stars, the bot immediately sends you a Telegram message recording this together with what was bought, for how long and for how much. For purchases in the App Store and Google Play, the store itself sends the receipt.

This request does not take the whole fourteen days away from you. Within that term you may change your mind — the money for the unused time comes back, and a share is kept for the days you used. Once the paid term has run its full course, the right to cancel is gone: by then the service has been delivered.

Where the 14 days come from

CountryProvisionTerm
ArmeniaLaw on Protection of Consumer Rights, art. 24.4(1) (in force from 2026-07-01, HO-178-N)14 days
GeorgiaLaw on Protection of Consumer Rights, art. 13(1)14 calendar days
SerbiaConsumer Protection Law 35/2026, art. 29 (applied from 2026-08-02)14 days
TurkeyRegulation on distance contracts, art. 914 days
Kazakhstanthe law sets no time limit for the right to withdraw from the service—
Kazakhstan works differently, in your favour: under art. 686(1) of the Civil Code the customer may withdraw from a contract of paid services at any moment, paying the expenses the provider has actually incurred. That right is not limited by any term at all.

Refunds

We refund the unused time. You can ask for it within 14 days of payment — by email to support@zqbl.org with the date and amount.

A share of what you paid is returned, by the number of days remaining. From what you actually paid, not the monthly price: someone who bought a year and left after a month pays for that month at their yearly rate, not at the monthly plan's price.

On our price list the difference is 333 ⭐ per person, and it is against us on purpose. Calculating the deduction at the more expensive plan would mean charging more for the month than the person paid for it.

Refunds by channel

Where it was boughtWho decidesHow
Telegram Starsusa letter to support@zqbl.org; Stars are returned to the Telegram account
the App StoreApplea refund request in the App Store; Apple, as the agent, returns the purchase price
Google PlayGoogle and usthe first 48 hours through Play; after that write to us and we will refund by these same rules
In the App Store and Google Play the refund decision is the store's, not ours: the money moves through it, and we have no access of our own to it. The store's refusal does not close the matter — write to us and we will sort it out with what is in our power: the length of access.

When we refund without questions

  • you were charged twice for the same term;
  • the payment went through but access did not open;
  • you bought by mistake and never started using it;
  • we failed to deliver what is promised in the “What you are buying” section.

Turkey, separately: subscriptions of a year or more

Turkish consumer law grants a right under subscription contracts that consent cannot waive, and we state it plainly rather than hide it.

The consumer may at any time terminate a subscription contract concluded for an indefinite term or a definite term longer than one year, without giving reasons and without paying a penalty.

Law No. 6502, art. 52(4)

The seller or supplier must, within fifteen days of the termination notice taking effect, return the remainder of the amount the consumer paid, with no deductions of any kind.

Law No. 6502, art. 52(5)

The yearly plan is 360 days, so by the letter it is shorter than a year: it falls neither under the law's “more than one year” nor under the subscription regulation's “one year or more”. The law and the regulation also differ from each other — “more than a year” against “a year or more” — but that does not affect our plan.

We decided in your favour anyway: a buyer from Turkey on the yearly plan gets the remainder back without deductions on first request, as if the rule applied. We will not argue at your expense about whether the plan falls under it.

Frequently asked

Will anything be charged automatically?

The monthly plan renews itself: the same amount every 30 days until you switch it off. The yearly one is a one-off payment and does not renew. What exactly the invoice will show is written on the button before you press it.

What happens to what I have learned if I do not renew?

Nothing. Words stay in your dictionary and keep coming up for review; your streak and achievements stay with you. Only what the subscription added closes: the lessons of your personal program, the weekly review, drill sessions without spending gems and pronunciation check.

I pressed the button that says “open access now” — does that mean no refund?

They will. This request does not take the right to cancel away — it puts a price on it: within 14 days of payment you get back the money for the unused time, and a share is kept for the days you used. The right to cancel remains only until the paid term has run its full course. Write to support, state the date and the amount.

How much is refunded if I bought a year and leave after a month?

A share of what you paid for the year, by the number of days remaining. Not at the monthly rate: for the month you used, you paid your yearly price, and there is nothing to charge you above it.

I bought in the App Store — who do I go to for a refund?

To Apple: the money went through it, and the refund decision is its. If Apple refused, write to us — we cannot return its payment, but we can extend or close the access term, and that is in our power.

How do I switch off renewal?

With the button on the “Pro” screen in the app — or where you bought it: in Telegram, App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Access is not taken away: the paid term runs to its end.
