How it works

-ե puts the material in front of the thing: կաշվե պայուսակ (kashve payusak), a leather bag. Ապակե բաժակ (apake bazhak) is a glass tumbler, փայտե տախտակ (p'ayte takhtak) a wooden board.
-ից says the same after the thing: պայուսակը կաշվից է (payusakə kashvits e), the bag is made of leather. Only the word order differs.
-ով (-ov) is 'with': դանակով կտրել cut with a knife, քարտով վճարել (k'artov vcharel) pay by card. It also covers company: կիտրոնով թեյ, tea with lemon.
