- Ślub siostry był we wsi, gdzie mieszkają nasi dziadkowie. Rano kobiety nakryły do stołu pod starym drzewem i ozdobiły dom. Panna młoda miała białą suknię ślubną i bukiet polskich kwiatów. Po ceremonii młode małżeństwo pokroiło tort, a goście dali pieniądze na prezent. Wujek miał uroczyste przemówienie, które trwało za długo, ale wszyscy słuchali. Wieczorem nad rzeką zrobiliśmy ognisko i tańczyliśmy pół nocy.The sister's wedding was in the village where our grandpa and grandma live. In the morning the women laid the table under an old tree and decorated the house. The bride wore a white wedding dress and a bouquet of Polish flowers. After the ceremony the newlyweds cut the cake, and the guests gave money as a present. Uncle gave a festive speech, which lasted too long, but everyone listened. In the evening by the river we made a bonfire and danced until midnight.
