- W piwnicy u babci stoi stara komoda. Powierzchnia jest na dotyk szorstka, a farba po latach wyblakła i nie jest już błyszcząca. Jedne drzwi są krzywe, a na dolnej półce jest duża plama od farby. Mimo to komoda jest cała i jeszcze zdatna, tylko skrzynki są zakurzone. Tata mówi, że usunie plamę i nałoży nową warstwę farby. Mnie podoba się właśnie taki, z zarysami i wyblakłymi krawędziami.In grandma's basement stands an old chest of drawers. The surface is rough to the touch, and the paint has faded over the years and no longer shines. One door is crooked, and on the bottom shelf there is a big paint stain. Still, the chest is whole and usable, only the drawers are dusty. Dad says he will remove the stain and apply a new layer of paint. And I like it exactly like that, with scratches and faded edges.
