- W sklepie internetowym zamówiłam buty i wybrałam płatność przy odbiorze. Koszt dostawy to trzy euro, termin dostawy — pięć dni. Paczka przyszła dopiero za dwa tygodnie, a na niej było cudze imię. Zadzwoniłam do sklepu i poprosiłam o pisemne potwierdzenie wymiany. Odpowiedzieli, że zgodnie z prawem mam prawo zwrócić towar w ciągu dwóch tygodni. Pieniądze mi oddali, ale drogę na pocztę pokryłam na własny koszt.In the online shop I ordered boots and chose payment on delivery. The delivery cost is three euros, the delivery time is five days. The parcel came only after two weeks, and it had someone else's name on it. I called the shop and asked for a written confirmation of the exchange. They replied that by law I have the right to return the goods within two weeks. The money was returned to me, and the way to the post office I paid for myself.
