The third is how you address people. To a man ბატონო (batono), to a woman ქალბატონო — not old-fashioned but ordinary, used with a shopkeeper, a neighbour, an official.
A direct command does not sound rude here: მოიტანეთ (moitanet) წყალი (tsqali) (moitanet tsqali) is a plain 'bring some water'. No softening needed.
