Անհետացող տեսակ: the -ող form instead of an adjective
"Endangered species" is անհետացող տեսակ (anhedatsogh desag), literally "disappearing species". The same -ող gives վերականգնուող (veraganknvogh) (renewable) and զիջող (zichogh) (accommodating). Attach it to any verb and you get "the one that does this". For example: “Ընձառիւծը անհետացող տեսակ է” (əntsarryudzə anhedatsogh desag e) — The leopard is an endangered species. A rule from the Western Armenian course: worked out on examples, not memorized as a wording.

How the rule settles in your head
A rule is not memorized from an explanation. It is memorized from an attempt to use it and a mistake — that is why the app delivers it mixed in with words, not as a separate lesson: it resurfaces exactly where you forgot it.
