To your own people — vosaltres: Gireu a la dreta — turn right, Seguiu tot recte — go straight. To a stranger, a tourist, a client — the polite vostè: Agafe el carrer Major — take Carrer Major.
A ban is not always the same form. For tu it switches to subjuntiu: No gires ací — don't turn here, not "No gira". For vosaltres and vostè the ban usually matches the command itself: it is already in subjuntiu — No gireu ací, No agafe l'autopista.
