Condition: si + present → futur
A real condition is built so: si + present → future in the main clause. Si estalvies, compraràs — if you save, you will buy. For example: “Si estalvies cada mes, compraràs una bici” — If you save every month, you will buy a bicycle. A rule from the Valencian course: worked out on examples, not memorized as a wording.
How it works
A real condition is built so: si + present → future in the main clause. Si estalvies, compraràs — if you save, you will buy.
In the "si" clause the future is never used: the tense there is the present. The future lives in the main clause.
Breaking this order is the commonest mistake: not "si estalviaràs". English allows "if you will save"; here the future after "si" is forbidden.
An unreal condition ("if I had…") is built with si and a past form. For now only the real one: the plan exists, the condition is workable.
Table
| part | tense | example |

How the rule settles in your head
A rule is not memorized from an explanation. It is memorized from an attempt to use it and a mistake — that is why the app delivers it mixed in with words, not as a separate lesson: it resurfaces exactly where you forgot it.
