With modals the device is the same: es pot llogar — one can rent, no es pot aparcar — no parking. The conjunction "que" pulls a whole sentence after it: Es diu que…
The verb agrees with what is done: es lloga un pis — one flat, es lloguen pisos — many. English has one form here, Valencian two.
