English has one future, with will. Polish has two, and the choice depends on the kind of verb.
For an ongoing action, use będę with the verb: będę robić — I will be doing. A verb of finished action needs no helper: its present form already means the future. zrobię — I will do it, napiszę — I will write it.
So a process takes będę, and a result takes the finished verb. Będę pakować walizkę — I will be packing the suitcase. Spakuję walizkę — I will pack it, and it will be done.
będę changes with the person: będę, będziesz, będzie, będziemy, będziecie, będą. After it you can also use the -ł form, as in the past: a woman says będę czytała, a man będę czytał.
