ორი მეტრი, მეოთხედი, ორიოდე: measure, fraction and 'roughly that much'
A measure after a number stays singular. ორი მეტრი, ხუთი ლიტრი, ასი გრამი — no -ები anywhere. And what is measured stays singular too: ორი კილო ვაშლი — two kilos of apples. For example: “თოკი ორი მეტრი და ოციოდე სანტიმეტრია” — The rope is two meters and some twenty centimeters. A rule from the Georgian course: worked out on examples, not memorized as a wording.
How it works
A measure after a number stays singular. ორი მეტრი (ori metri), ხუთი ლიტრი (khuti litri), ასი გრამი (asi grami) — no -ები anywhere. And what is measured stays singular too: ორი კილო ვაშლი (ori kilo vashli) — two kilos of apples.
'Times' is -ჯერ (-jer): ორჯერ (orjer), სამჯერ (samjer), ათჯერ (atjer). 'Once' falls out of the row — ერთხელ (ertkhel). The same -ჯერ builds multiples: ორჯერ მეტი (orjer meti) — twice as much.
A fraction is the frame მე- (me)…-ედი around the number: მესამედი (a third), მეოთხედი (a quarter). Half has a word of its own — ნახევარი (nakhevari).
Roughness is done in three different places. დაახლოებით (daakhloebit) goes before the number. -ოდე climbs inside it: ორიოდე დღე (oriode dghe) — a couple of days. -მდე comes after: ოცამდე კაცი (otsamde katsi) — some twenty men.

How the rule settles in your head
A rule is not memorized from an explanation. It is memorized from an attempt to use it and a mistake — that is why the app delivers it mixed in with words, not as a separate lesson: it resurfaces exactly where you forgot it.
