When the doer does not matter, Valencian puts es and the verb in the third person: Ací es reparen rentaplats. One thing — es repara, many — es reparen. How it works
When the doer does not matter, Valencian puts es and the verb in the third person: Ací es reparen rentaplats. One thing — es repara, many — es reparen.
With a modal verb it comes out as "can": es pot / es poden plus the verb. La peça es pot canviar a casa — the part can be changed at home.
Es poden canviar en una hora — they can be changed within an hour.
Notices and manuals are written this way: No es permet fumar — no smoking. Es venen peces de recanvi — spare parts for sale.
