How it works
About ten is counted with a collective: una desena de — some ten, una dotzena de — some twelve.
After them "de" is obligatory: una desena de cases — a dozen houses or so.
Before a number approximation puts uns / unes — "roughly": uns vint ous — twenty eggs or so.
The lower bar is al menys — "at least": Al menys deu persones han firmat. Precision is not the hero here; the order of magnitude is.
