-nie — the most frequent tail for adjectives in -ny/-lny/-wny: zabawny → zabawnie, przewidywalny → przewidywalnie, zwykły → zwykle. Note: the y in the tail changes to i.
-ąco grows from verbs and sounds longer, more solemn: wzruszać → wzruszająco, napinać → napinająco. The nasal ą in the middle marks a participle living as an adverb. -e is the elder, short tail: rozwlekły → rozwlekle, dobry → dobrze — it simply must be remembered.
One trap: a Pole tells zabawny film — a funny film (what kind?) from śmiał się zabawnie — he laughed funnily (how?). The question how? means the adverb, and the tail can no longer be swapped.
