Clothes on oneself: posar-se, treure's, estar posat
Clothes are put on oneself: posar-se — Em poso l'abric, I put on the coat. Treure's — Treu-te la samarreta bruta, take off the dirty T-shirt. For example: “Em poso la jaqueta perquè fa fred” — I put on the jacket because it is cold. A rule from the Catalan course: worked out on examples, not memorized as a wording.
How it works
Clothes are put on oneself: posar-se — Em poso l'abric, I put on the coat. Treure's — Treu-te la samarreta bruta, take off the dirty T-shirt.
Both verbs take the clothes directly, and the "oneself" hides in me/te/se: em poso, et poses, es posa.
In the base form it glues at the back: posar-se, treure's.
To be dressed is estar posat: Va molt ben posat — he is well dressed. About one thing worn they say through "du": Du un vestit blau.

How the rule settles in your head
A rule is not memorized from an explanation. It is memorized from an attempt to use it and a mistake — that is why the app delivers it mixed in with words, not as a separate lesson: it resurfaces exactly where you forgot it.
