First I clean the vegetables and cut them on the cutting board. I put the eggplant, the tomato and the cucumber into separate bowls. I mince the garlic, salt it a little and mix it with oil. I heat the oven to two hundred degrees and put the dish inside. After forty minutes I take it out and let it cool a little. I spread the tablecloth on the table and bring bread and cheese. The family sits down, and everyone says: bon appétit.
