- У баби Ганни в дворі живуть качка, гуска і півень. Півень співає на світанку, і вся вулиця знає, що вже ранок. Кріль сидить у клітці під яблунею, а миша бігає по коморі, скільки її не лови. Кота баба тримає одного: каже, що двоє між собою не порозуміються.At Granny Anna's in the yard live a duck, a goose and a rooster. The rooster sings at dawn, and the whole street knows it is morning. A rabbit sits in a cage under the apple tree, and a mouse runs around the storeroom no matter how often you catch it. Granny keeps only one cat: she says two would not get along.
