I put on a tie twice a year. The boots stand in the hallway, the slippers under the bed. The hardest is with clothing sizes: the sleeve is always a bit long, and the buttons come off first.

First all the way through without peeking at the translation — just to catch the familiar words. Then with the translation. Then all the way through again: the second pass brings noticeably more, and that feeling matters more than any rule.
