- Ми просили тихий номер, а дали біля ліфта. Матрац виявився твердий, додаткового ліжка не привезли, а обслуговування працювало лише до десятої. Уранці я пішов на стійку: там уже стояв носильник і чекав відвідувач із номерком. Нам поміняли номер і не взяли за ранній заїзд. Виїзд з готелю вийшов навіть приємним.We asked for a quiet room and got one by the elevator. The mattress turned out to be hard, the extra bed was not brought, and room service worked only until ten. In the morning I went to the front desk: a porter was already standing there, and a guest with a queue ticket was waiting. They changed our room and did not charge for the early check-in. Checking out of the hotel even turned out pleasant.
