- У неділю ми ходимо на ринок. Він за два кроки від дому, одразу за поворотом. Мама бере буряк, кріп і петрушку, я — сливи або малину. У серпні тут дешева кукурудза, а в жовтні продають гарбузи. Разом виходить триста гривень, і ми повертаємося пішки.On Sunday we go to the market. It is two steps from home, right around the corner. Mom takes beets, dill and parsley; I take plums or raspberries. In August the corn is cheap here, and in October they sell pumpkins. Together it comes to three hundred hryvnias, and we walk back home.
