- Українські місяці розповідають про природу. У березні йде березовий сік, у квітні цвітуть сади, у травні росте трава. Серпень — це жнива, вересень — вересові поля, жовтень — жовте листя. Листопад так і зветься: листя падає. А грудень названий від мерзлої груди землі.The months of the year here tell about nature. In March the birch sap flows, in April the orchards bloom, in May the grass grows. August is the harvest, September the heather fields, October the yellow leaves. November is called just that: the leaf-fall. And December is named after a frozen clod of earth.
