- Na sestanku stanovalcev je upravnik predlagal, da zamenjamo stara okna. Po njegovih besedah bi se stroški ogrevanja zmanjšali za četrtino. Sosed iz drugega nadstropja je bil proti in je povzdignil glas. Trdil je, da smo lani že plačali obnovo strehe in da to ni pošteno. Upravnik ga je poslušal, priznal napako v izračunu in obljubil novo ponudbo. Na koncu smo se dogovorili za anketo, odločitev pa smo prestavili na jesen.At the residents’ meeting the building manager proposed replacing the old windows. According to him, heating costs would drop by a quarter. The neighbor from the second floor was against it and raised his voice. He argued that last year we had already paid for the roof repair and that this was unfair. The manager listened to him, admitted an error in the calculation and promised a new proposal. In the end we agreed on a survey, and the decision was postponed to autumn.
