- V šoli smo en teden merili, koliko vode porabi naša družina. Skupno število litrov je bilo večje, kot sem pričakoval: skoraj tisoč na teden. Tretjina je šla za prho, petina za pomivanje posode, ostalo za pranje in kuhanje. Ko smo pipo zaprli med umivanjem zob, se je poraba znižala za desetino. Novi tuš porabi dvakrat manj vode kot stari, čeprav se zdi enak. Na koncu smo številke zaokrožili in jih prikazali na lestvici od ena do deset.At school we spent a week measuring how much water our family uses. The total number of liters turned out bigger than I expected: almost a thousand a week. A third went to the shower, a fifth to washing dishes, the rest to laundry and cooking. When we closed the tap while brushing our teeth, consumption dropped by a tenth. The new shower uses twice as little water as the old one, although it seems the same. In the end we rounded the numbers and showed them on a scale from one to ten.
