Text
In our district trash recycling began a year ago. First three different bins were put in the yard: paper, glass, plastic. In the first month the residents mixed everything, because no one had explained anything. Then volunteers put up notices in every entrance, and a lesson on protecting nature was held at school. Now most people throw things correctly. The local authorities also promised to put a solar panel on the roof, but it is not there yet.

First all the way through without peeking at the translation — just to catch the familiar words. Then with the translation. Then all the way through again: the second pass brings noticeably more, and that feeling matters more than any rule.
