At school we were told: the Earth is a planet, a satellite flies around it, and space is endless. It is hard to grasp, so the teacher set up an experiment in class: we measured the height of a ball, the width of a table and the length of a rope. Then we wrote it all down on one sheet and saw that on average the error was two centimeters. The teacher said that a microscope and a telescope work on one principle: both bring the invisible to the eye closer. After that lesson I began reading a book about inventions.
