- Po treh razgovorih so Roka končno zaposlili v podjetju, ki izdeluje pohištvo. Pogodbo o zaposlitvi je podpisal za določen čas, najprej za eno leto. Poskusna doba traja tri mesece, delovni čas pa je poln, štirideset ur na teden. Njegove zadolžitve so opisane natančno: vodi manjše projekte in piše mesečna poročila. Plača ni najvišja v panogi, a dobi plačan dopust in enkrat na leto nagrado. Najbolj ga veseli, da mu ni treba hoditi na službene poti vsak teden.After three interviews Rok was finally hired by a company that makes furniture. He signed the employment contract for a term, first for a year. The probation period lasts three months, and the working time is full, forty hours a week. His duties are described in detail: he runs small projects and writes monthly reports. The salary is not the highest in the industry, but he gets paid vacation and, once a year, a bonus. What makes him happiest is that he doesn’t have to travel for work every week.
