At first I thought the screw had simply come loose, and I tightened it with a wrench. Then I checked the wires, but didn't find the problem. I called the service center and filed a request. The repairman came, did the diagnostics and said the spare part needed to be replaced. The repair cost wasn't big, and the time was five days. Luckily the machine was still under warranty, and they didn't demand payment. Now the machine works quietly, and I kept the manual in the box.
