- Per fer un bon pastís cal mesurar bé: dos-cents grams de farina, un quart de litre de llet i cent grams de sucre. Si poses el doble de sucre, el pastís queda massa dolent, i si en poses la meitat, quasi no té gust. La meva àvia no feia servir la balança: pesava tot a ull i sempre li sortia bé. Jo, en canvi, necessito les xifres escrites a la recepta i una tassa ben plena.
