Güvenlik kamerasında iki kişi görünüyormuş; biri şüpheli olarak gözaltına alınmış. Bana suçlu bulunursa telefonun geri verileceğini söylediler. Sigortam olduğu için başvuru yaptım, ama değerlendirme süresi otuz günmüş. Sonuçta telefon geri gelmedi, yine de tutanak sigorta için gerekliydi.My phone was stolen on the bus. I went to the police station right away and told what happened. The officer first asked for my ID, then drew up a report. On the security camera, they say, two people could be seen; one was detained as a suspect. I was told that if he is found guilty, the phone will be returned. Since I had insurance, I filed a claim, but the processing time is thirty days. In the end the phone didn't come back, nevertheless the report was needed for the insurance.
