This year the rent grew by a third, and groceries doubled in price. Our income stayed the same, that is, the gap between them grew. One thing we cut: we stopped eating out and switched to buying in bulk, because buying piece by piece is many times more expensive. By the end of the month the money is barely enough, but there are no debts; we even made a small stock.
