I thought the rate was fixed, but it turned out it changes after six months. When I called to terminate the contract, they said by law I had to pay a fine. I asked them to send it in writing, because a verbal agreement means nothing. In the end we agreed: I paid half the sum, and the condition was not to order a new service.
