First I installed an update from the settings, then deleted unneeded files. I thought the memory was full, but the problem didn't go away; there was also a small crack on the screen. The service center ran a diagnostic: it's not the cable, the battery has failed. The part will supposedly come within two business days; I made a backup, so I'm not afraid.
