I spoke out that the rent would rise, but I had no argument, only an assumption. The accountant brought the data, and it turned out the difference was forty percent. At that moment I understood I had been wrong, and I admitted my mistake in front of everyone. In the end we made the decision to postpone the move by a year, and no one was left dissatisfied.
